Songkran Festival 2010 |
| By Admin on May 18,2010 |
| Songkran Festival is the traditional Thai New Year celebrated annually from 13 to 15 April. Families and friends come together and celebrate by visiting temples, sprinkling water on Buddha images in reverence, and sprinkling water on each other's hands as an act of wishing good luck. Water runs deep in the Thai New Year traditions, both as a symbol of cleansing and as a symbol of renewal. |
